Current starting rent is approximately $1,845 for a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment and $2,205 for a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment. There are currently no 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartments available. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Pricing and availability are subject to change.

Apartment features include in-unit laundry, private patios or balconies, covered parking, private storage, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and ceiling fans. Community amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, Wi-Fi lounge/business center, off-leash dog park, professional on-site management, courtesy patrol, and 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Yes, Natomas Park Apartments is pet-friendly. There is a $500 pet deposit. Monthly pet rent is $45 per cat and $55 per dog, with a maximum of three pets. Residents can also enjoy our off-leash dog park. Please contact the leasing office for additional pet-policy details or restrictions.

Natomas Park primarily offers 12-month lease terms. Depending on availability, 6- or 9-month lease options may also be available. Please contact the leasing office for current lease-term options.

Prospective residents can schedule a tour by calling the leasing office or booking online. Walk-ins are also welcome, and virtual tours may be available upon request.

Applications can be completed online at natomasparkapartments.com. The application fee is $60.61 per applicant. Applicants must have qualifying income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent and meet the community's rental-screening criteria, including requirements related to evictions, bankruptcies, and large collections. A $200 holding deposit is also required and must be paid in person by cashier's check. Please contact the leasing office for complete qualification and screening criteria before applying.

Yes. Parking throughout the community is not assigned. Residents have access to regular uncovered parking as well as covered carport parking at no additional charge. Garages may also be available for an additional monthly fee. Please contact the leasing office regarding current garage availability and guest-parking guidelines.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for water, sewer, trash, gas, and electricity.

Natomas Park Apartments is not a gated community. The community does offer professional on-site management and courtesy patrol.

Natomas Park Apartments is located within the Natomas Unified School District, which provides educational programs for students from transitional kindergarten (TK) through 12th grade. Families should confirm current school assignments directly with the school district, as attendance boundaries may vary.
